Afrodite Essence is an emerging sexual health and wellness and relationship enhancement company.

Our premiere line of products is marketed through a distinctive network of in-home and couple’s date night parties as well as workshops, retreats, and events throughout South Africa.

*Our co-founders, Odette Newman and Tarna Mothomme are Sexual Wellness Promotion Professionals certified through Indiana University. Collectively they have more than two decades' worth of corporate and industry-related experience.

Odette is a single mother who started this business just to sustain herself and her son. What initially started as a means to an end became a passion for her when she realized the impact she was making in people's lives and relationships. She is now a well-sought-after speaker, trainer, entertainer, and mentor and a strong advocate for sexual wellness and empowerment towards adults and adolescents.

Tarna is a wellness expert specializing in essential oils and has a passion for people. As the COO, she is instrumental in the relationships we establish with our clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as well as the effective operations of our warehouse and logistics. We exclusively import products that are known for their safety and quality. Our clients can rest assured that they are receiving only the best international-approved products, accessories, and sex toys that are safe for the body.
