• Afrodite Essence offers a party experience to our clients, which includes only the services listed above. Afrodite Essence provides an empowering, educational, and entertaining experience through the showcasing of products available for purchase.
• Afrodite Essence Ambassadors are professionally trained in product knowledge, sexual wellness education, empowerment, and relationship enhancement. Services not specifically listed above are not included, including but not limited to décor, venue hire, catering, beverages, photography, accommodation, transport, or event staffing.
• All Afrodite Essence Ambassadors are independent distributors trained by certified sexual wellness professionals. The party value is based on the service offering, expertise, preparation, event execution, and Ambassador time.
• For Ladies Only and Bachelorette-style events, all gifts purchased for the guest of honour must be sourced through the Afrodite Essence website, catalogue, gift registry, or gift card programme.
• The hostess may be required to complete and sign a party preparation document before the event.

Party Cancellations

• If an event is cancelled on the scheduled event date, all payments will be forfeited.
• Cancellations made within two weeks of the event will qualify for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made within one week of the event will qualify for a 30% refund.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event will qualify for a 10% refund.
